These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Signal 23 Universe streaming platform operated by Signal 23 Television LLC ("Signal 23," "we," "us," or "our"), a company organized under the laws of the State of Georgia. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Signal 23 Universe. By using our service, you represent that you are 18 or older. Some content on our platform is intended for adults only. By accessing such content, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to view adult material.

Subscription Plans

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Billing & Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you subscribed through a third-party platform (Apple iOS, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Google Play), you must cancel through that platform directly.

Content & Intellectual Property

All content on Signal 23 Universe, including videos, images, graphics, and text, is owned by or licensed to Signal 23 Television LLC. You may not download, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to:

User-Generated Content

If you upload profile photos or other content to our platform, you grant Signal 23 a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services. You represent that you own or have the rights to any content you upload.

Disclaimers

Signal 23 Universe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal 23 Television LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Georgia.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our platform. Continued use of Signal 23 Universe after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
