Welcome to Signal 23 Universe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Signal 23 Universe streaming platform operated by Signal 23 Television LLC ("Signal 23," "we," "us," or "our"), a company organized under the laws of the State of Georgia. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Signal 23 Universe. By using our service, you represent that you are 18 or older. Some content on our platform is intended for adults only. By accessing such content, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to view adult material.

Account Registration

To access Signal 23 Universe, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at signal23universe@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription Plans

Signal 23 Universe offers the following subscription tiers:

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Billing & Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you subscribed through a third-party platform (Apple iOS, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Google Play), you must cancel through that platform directly.

Content & Intellectual Property

All content on Signal 23 Universe, including videos, images, graphics, and text, is owned by or licensed to Signal 23 Television LLC. You may not download, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream content for personal, non-commercial use only.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

User-Generated Content

If you upload profile photos or other content to our platform, you grant Signal 23 a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services. You represent that you own or have the rights to any content you upload.

User Interactions, Messaging & Assumption of Risk

Signal Society, After Dark messaging, Video Booth, Theater chat, Meetups, Bar Hop, and any other feature that lets you communicate or arrange to meet with other users (collectively, "Interactive Features") are provided so members can connect with one another. Signal 23 does not conduct criminal background checks, identity verification, or any other screening of users beyond what is described in our onboarding process, and we cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, or conduct of any other user.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, both online and in person. This includes any decision to exchange personal contact information (such as a phone number, email address, or social media handle) with another user, and any decision to meet another user in person through a Meetup, Bar Hop, or any other arrangement made using our platform. Any such interaction, communication, or in-person meeting is undertaken entirely at your own risk. Signal 23 Television LLC is not responsible or liable for the conduct, action, or inaction — online or offline — of any user, and is not a party to and has no responsibility for anything that occurs at an in-person meeting arranged through our platform.

For your safety, we strongly recommend that you: never send money or financial information to another user; meet new people in public places for initial in-person meetings; tell a friend or family member where you are going and who you are meeting; and use caution before sharing your phone number, email address, home address, or other personal contact information with anyone you meet on the platform. Our platform may display an in-the-moment reminder when it detects that you are about to share contact information in a chat or message, but that reminder is a courtesy only — it does not screen, verify, or approve the recipient, and you remain solely responsible for your decision to share that information.

If you experience or witness conduct by another user that concerns you, please report it to us at signal23universe@gmail.com or through the in-app reporting tools, and contact local law enforcement if you believe you are in danger.

SMS / Text Message Notifications

Program name: Signal 23 Universe Account Notifications. If you opt in to text message notifications, Signal 23 Television LLC will send you SMS alerts about activity on your account — for example, new direct messages, incoming video calls, and similar account or activity notifications you have enabled in your notification settings.

Disclaimers

Signal 23 Universe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. We do not warrant the accuracy, safety, or reliability of any other user or any content, communication, or arrangement between users.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal 23 Television LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your interaction, communication, or in-person meeting with another user arranged through the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. You agree that use of the platform, including any Interactive Feature, is at your own risk, and to the fullest extent permitted by law you release Signal 23 Television LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, and damages arising out of or in any way connected with disputes, disagreements, or incidents with other users.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signal 23 Television LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions or in-person meetings with other users.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Georgia.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our platform. Continued use of Signal 23 Universe after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
