Premium — $23.99/month: Everything in Basic plus all scripted series, reality shows, After Dark content, and professional series.
VIP Annual — $179.99/year: Everything in Premium plus exclusive OnlyFans content and live events. Save over $100 vs monthly.

Go to My Account → click Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. If you subscribed through Apple, Roku, Amazon, or Google Play, you must cancel through that platform directly — we cannot process those cancellations for you.

We do not currently offer free trials. However, our Basic plan at $9.99/month is a great way to explore the platform before upgrading to Premium.

You are charged immediately when you subscribe and then on the same date each month (or year for VIP Annual). You can see your next billing date in your account settings.

All subscription purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at signal23universe@gmail.com within 7 days. See our full Refund Policy.

Yes! You can rent individual episodes for $2.99 each (or $0.99 for microdramas). Rentals give you 24-hour access to that episode. You'll need a free account to rent.

If you were previously subscribed through Signal 23, your account has been migrated. Go to the sign-in page and use your email address. Since this is a new platform, you'll be prompted to create a new password on your first login. Your subscription status will be automatically recognized.

On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at signal23universe@gmail.com.

You can watch Signal 23 Universe on any device with a modern web browser — desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone. Our mobile apps are coming soon for iOS and Android.

Subscriptions are for individual use only. Account sharing is not permitted under our Terms of Service. Each household member should have their own account.

Signal 23 Universe is Black LGBTQ+ entertainment featuring original scripted series, reality shows, comedy, drama, After Dark content, professional development series, and more. New content is added regularly.

Use the Watch page to browse all content organized by collection. You can also use the search bar to find specific shows, or filter by category (TV Shows, Movies, Limited Series, etc.).

New content drops daily at 10pm. Follow us on social media for announcements about new shows and episodes.

Offline downloads are not currently supported. All content must be streamed while connected to the internet.
