Getting Started
Create an Account
Click "Create Account" on the homepage and enter your email address and a password. Your password must be at least 6 characters.
Choose a Plan
Select Basic ($9.99/mo), Premium ($23.99/mo), or VIP Annual ($179.99/yr). You'll be taken to our secure Stripe checkout to enter your payment details.
Start Watching
After payment, you'll be redirected to your account page. Click "Watch Now" to start browsing all available content.
Existing subscriber? If you had an account on our previous platform, use your email to sign in. You'll be prompted to set a new password โ your subscription will be recognized automatically.
Watching Content
Browse the Watch Page
Click "Watch" in the navigation. You'll see all content organized into collections in the left sidebar. Click any collection to jump to it.
Search for Content
Use the search bar at the top of the Watch page to find specific shows, movies, or series by name.
Filter by Category
Use the filter tabs (TV Shows, Movies, Limited Series, Premium, Free) to narrow down content by type or access level.
Play an Episode
Click on any show thumbnail to open it. You'll see the episode list โ click any episode or hit the โถ button to start playing.
Tip: Episodes marked NEW are recently added. Episodes with a โฐ icon are scheduled and will be available soon.
Managing Your Subscription
View Your Plan
Go to "My Account" in the navigation. You'll see your current plan, status, and next billing date.
Update Payment Method
Click "Manage Billing" in your account page. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can update your card, view invoices, and manage your subscription.
Cancel Your Subscription
Click "Cancel Subscription" in your account page. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Subscribed via Apple, Roku, or Amazon? You'll see instructions to cancel through that platform directly โ we can't process those cancellations for you.
Troubleshooting
Video Won't Play
Try refreshing the page (Cmd+Shift+R). Check your internet connection โ streaming requires at least 5 Mbps. Try a different browser like Chrome or Firefox.
Can't Log In
Make sure you're using the correct email address. Try resetting your password. If you're an existing subscriber, you may need to set a new password โ use the "Forgot Password" link.
Subscription Not Showing as Active
If you just subscribed, it may take a few moments to activate. Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, contact us with your receipt.
